Project Overview:

GTA Builds, located in Summerhill, Toronto, spearheaded a comprehensive condo renovation project, particularly focusing on the kitchen space. The client’s primary goal was a complete transformation, emphasizing functionality and a modern aesthetic. Adhering to the constraints of condo layouts, we managed to implement substantial improvements, significantly augmenting the size and usability of the entire home.

Post-demolition, notable enhancements were achieved by raising ceiling heights in most areas by almost 2 feet, and in some instances, by an impressive 4 feet. This transformation had a profound impact on the overall spatial experience.

To elevate the beauty and functionality of the space, the client opted for custom cabinetry from Cabinetlab and Pentax backsplash tiles in an elegant silver hue. The sleek appearance of polished concrete floors and a quartz countertop added a modern touch to the revamped kitchen.
