Project Overview:

GTA Builds took on the challenge of transforming the basement of Princess Gardens, a Home Smith Properties development. The focus was on creating a functional and appealing space, showcasing several enhancements such as the installation of new floor drains, a fully equipped bathroom, and a renovated laundry area complete with custom cabinetry.

Hardwood flooring was incorporated to add warmth and sophistication to the space, while stylish barn doors were introduced for a contemporary touch. The electrical system was also upgraded to ensure efficiency and safety. Princess Gardens in Etobicoke is known for its generously sized basements, and this project capitalized on the potential of the large and open space, resulting in a finished basement that now includes a full laundry, bathroom, entertainment area, walk-in closet, and exercise room. The transformation aligns with the historical success and appeal of the Princess Anne Manor and Princess Gardens community.
